okay, last week I lost 9lbs, which is good but not good enough. this week with 41 lbs to go to reach my weight loss goal', I want to lose 5lbs on top of keeping the 9 lost off, so if i do it right, by monday i will have lost 14lbs and have 36 lbs left to lose by this summer.
this week:
I want to run for 45 minutes at least 3 days out of 7.
I want to complete 5 vigorous workouts lasting for 1-2 hours.
lose 5lbs by monday of next week.
stick to my strict daily caloric allowance.
drink @ least a 1/2 gallon of water every day.
try to get 6-8 hrs of sleep.
and remember my multi-vitamin.
dont forget to buy the pre-paid credit card for lily, so she also can get her multi- vitamins.
