So, these past few days have been some of the WORST!!!! slacking off on my exercise, and not following my calories the way I should. sooo to make up for it, I propose 2 days of fasting, I'm going to really, really, really need support and motivation, so anyone who wants to give me advice or insporational feedback feel free.
I am buying some weights to strap to my ancles and wrists when I run. I need to put this weight loss in overdrive! downloaded some music to pump me up and get me going. I think I am going to wake up and get it started bright and early in the am.
I have 2 days left until week #3 of the ABC begins.
